In lieu of submitting your resume through our website, we would like to meet you! Join us during our open interviews – dates and times can be found below. No appointment is needed! If these openings don’t work for you, come into one of our restaurants and bars during normal business hours and ask to speak with the Manager On Duty. We can’t guarantee an interview will be possible at that moment, but we will work to set something up!
- El Chingon Fort Worth: 2800 Bledose St. Fort Worth, TX 76107: Wednesdays 4-6pm
- El Chingon San Diego, Havana 1920 and/or Prohibition: Interviews for these 3 location will take place at El Chingon [560 5th Ave. San Diego, CA 92101] on Wednesdays 3-4pm
- Monello and/or Bencotto: Interviews these 2 locations will take place at Bencotto (750 W Fir Street, San Diego, CA 92101) Wednesdays 10am – 12pm
- Meze Greek Fusion: 345 6th Ave. San Diego, CA 92101: Thursdays 2-4pm
