We’re going to celebrate moms from all over the map with dishes and drinks at each of our internationally-inspired restaurant locations – Mezé Greek Fusion, Havana 1920, El Chingon, Monkey King and Dough Nations – on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12.

Mezé Greek Fusion:
Mezé Greek Fusion, located at 345 Sixth Ave. in the Gaslamp Quarter, will introduce a decadent new dish, blueberry baklava waffles, to its menu in honor of the holiday. Topped with tahini and Greek honey, Mezé Greek Fusion’s blueberry baklava waffles are priced at $12. The complete brunch menu will also be available for the holiday.

Havana 1920:
Havana 1920, GBOD Hospitality Group’s intimate Cuban restaurant located at 548 Fifth Ave. in the Gaslamp Quarter, will raise a glass to moms with a featured craft cocktail, the Old Cuban. A combination of aged rum, lime, demerara and a float of sparkling wine, Havana 1920’s Old Cuban will be available for $12.

El Chingon:
El Chingon, GBOD Hospitality Group’s “Bad Ass” Mexican restaurant located at 560 Fifth Ave. in the Gaslamp Quarter, will celebrate mamás with brunch dishes and drinks. Select menu items include Baja-style fried avocado, sunny side up egg, pico de gallo, chingón cheese blend and crema on a corn tortilla; chilaquiles chingones, corn tortillas simmered in a choice of red or green salsa, two eggs, avocado, chingón cheese blend, crema and refried beans; and more. Brunch isn’t complete without cocktails, and will include frosé, made with Kettle One vodka, Pink Flamingo rosé, peach and strawberry juice; pineapple margarita, a combination of Patrón silver tequila, lime, agave and pineapple; among others.
