Keep calm and drink mojitos. Havana 1920, located at 548 5th Ave., will celebrate its first anniversary with a party would make Hemingway proud, Thursday, Oct. 11 through Sunday, Oct. 14.

The Gaslamp Quarter’s Cuban restaurant will begin the celebration with a VIP party on Thursday, Oct. 11 featuring live music, salsa dancing lessons, and mojito specials, beginning at 7 p.m.

The festivities will continue throughout the weekend with rum flights and Cuban cuisine. On Friday, Oct. 12, Havana 1920 will offer half-priced rums from 4 to 8 p.m. and a specialty rum flight that includes samplings of three rums. Havana 1920 will feature a complimentary Chef’s offering for guests on Saturday, Oct. 13. To conclude the weekend celebration, Havana 1920’s café will offer a complimentary cafecito + guests’ choice of Empanada on Sunday, Oct. 14
