El Chingon has introduced new #BadAss dishes, drinks and a five-pound burrito challenge to the menu for summer.

New dishes include The Revolución Dog, two bacon-wrapped kosher dogs topped with chiles toreados, onions, tomatoes, mayonnaise and ketchup, priced at $14; Baja Fish Burrito, made with batter-fried cod, black beans, white rice, cabbage, pico de gallo, Mexican citrus and chipotle cream, priced at $10; Fat Ass Burrito, a five-pound burrito made three flour tortillas stuffed with carne asada, refried beans, rice, pico de gallo and Chingón cheese blend, priced at $29.

Guests may also order the Fat Ass Burrito as part of The Cinco Libras Challenge, where they’re challenged to finish the five-pound burrito in under 15 minutes. Winners will receive the burrito for free, a Bad Ass T-shirt and have their photo displayed in the restaurant.

Summer isn’t complete without cold beverages, and El Chingon has introduced two new offerings: the Super Bad Ass Madero, a bottle of Azuñia organic tequila blanco, house-made watermelon cordial, lime,  and watermelon chunks served in a whole watermelon garnished with Tajín, Flautirriko straws and Salsaghetti paletas; and a Round of Beers for the Kitchen, a tribute to celebrity chef, author and travel documentarian Anthony Bourdain, priced at $20.
